I’m Jon

I'm a outcome-focused design professional with 7 years of experience, known for strong collaboration, refined design craft, and research-driven thinking. I design with both user impact and technical feasibility in mind. I'm Currently working at TELUS Health.

At TELUS Health, I lead our clinical and administrative tools team. We primarily work with mental health professionals on their client management solution. This includes communications, booking, clinical notes, clinical documents, invoicing etc. I also work with the administrative users that mange our large clients and teams of counsellors. This includes client contracts, staff performance, reporting, scheduling etc. Which is all to say I’m no stranger to complex professional workflows, where efficiency and clarity are paramount. Figuring out when a process should be flexible or on rails, when something should be granular, or an abstracted macro is my wheelhouse.
