Design ethos
Good design is:
- Good design is obvious (in hindsight)
- Good design is context and understanding
- Good design is restraint
Execution is easier then ever, it still takes work and trained intuition to build great products.
Agentic tools save us time with execution, and allow us to be more ambitious. We should use that saved time to elevate our understanding not stuff it full of more execution. Building the right things, takes understanding not code.
Agentic tools earn for the silo. You must be intentional and radical in your efforts to keep collaboration alive. Things are more satisfying to build together.
